1.Please consider 20 years for full pension since my appoinment is only on 1997 and my age of retirement date is 31/10/2015 Total period of service is 18 years and 7 months only. Earlier I was worked as BT Asst. in Govt Aided school in temporary post (Management Staff)for 10 years without any break Please take this period atleast for my pension calculation and oblige 2.Age of retirement for state Govt.teachers may considered as 60 Regards N.Jayashree B.T.Asst.
Sec.grade teachers salary should be increased a cosiderable amount,because ver least salary in this circuimstances and also be given neraly 25,000 ttousands rupees as salary in a reputed private companies as initial salary.to their employees.Thank you sir,s/madam please considere the rectification sir ,s/madam

Annual increments for the Teaching community should be based on yearly competency test. Like foreign countries salary should be greater as well as they should update their skills and knowledge. Even promotion should be based on periodical tests. By strictly following this we improve our education standards. Thanking you.
