ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றும் இரட்டை பட்டம் (Double Degree) பயின்றதன் காரணமாக பல ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பணிநியமனம் வழங்கப்படவில்லை. இதனால் பதிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் பெரும் வேதனைக்கு உள்ளாகினர். இதுகுறித்து ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்திடம் அனுகியபோது , "உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புப்படி இரட்டை பட்டம் பயின்றோருக்கு பணி வழங்க இயலாது" என விளக்கமளித்ததால், இதனால் பலர் நீதிமன்றத்தை அனுகினர்.
இந்நிலையில் பல்வேறு மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்த 13 பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் ஒன்றிணைந்து உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடுத்தனர். நேற்று (21.12.2012) இவ்வழக்கின் விசாரணை தொடங்கியது. தாங்கள் TET விண்ணப்பம் அளித்தபோது இரட்டை பட்டம் பணிநியமனத்திற்கு தகுதியுடையது என்று தகவல் அறியும் உரிமைச்சட்டத்தின் மூலம் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியமும் உயர்கல்வி ஆணையமும் தகவல் அளித்ததையும், 100க்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆவணங்களையும் மனுதாரர் தரப்பில் அளிக்கப்பட்டது.
இதையடுத்து வழக்கு தொடுத்துள்ள 13 ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் 13 பணி இடங்களை தற்காலிகமாக ஒதுக்கியும் இந்த பணியிடங்கள் இறுதித்தீர்புக்கு உட்பட்டது என்றும், இதுகுறித்து விளக்கத்தினை 15 நாட்களுக்குள் அளிக்க அரசுக்கும் கல்வித்துறைக்கும் உயர்நீதி மன்றநீதிபதி திரு.வெங்கடராமன் உத்தரவிட்டார்.

How a double degree is eligible for BT post before double degree judgement by Madras high court and at the same time it is not eligible for after judgement ? It is a great partiality showed by the honourable judge Ramasubramanium sir. There are eight papers in a degree under part III in regular mode as well as double degree. Then double degree holders alone not eligible for BT post. TNTET decides the eligible teachers. When double degree holders passed they should be given chance to work. IF they are given chance it is act of inhumane. Only MADRAS HIGH COURT WILL JUSTIFY THIS MATTER. The double degree holders are put under critical condition. For the past 6 months they don't have proper sleep and long for justice to get from the high court. IT is a great torture for the all double degree holders which may leads to mental disorder then who is responsible for their family. The government must think positively about the future of double degree holders and render justice. May GOd bless them.

2. Promotion list affected we must make suitable arrangement. Those are complete DOUBLE DEGREE they are get promotion after three years completed . That is good way.
3. Why they are announce DOUBLE DEGREE NOT legible?
Double degree holder have two degree. they have more knowledge compare with single degree holder.Three year major papers are completed
4. Three year major papers are completed with in a year .Why not given job to them. Other degree holders are also study the same manner and get the job. The government conduct competitive exam conducted those are passed in the examination they are only appointed as a teacher. So no deference between double degree and single degree.
WE ARE HUMBLE REQUEST TO HONORABLE JUDGES GIVE JUDGEMENT AFTER ANNALISE THE REAL FACT (THE PROBLEM ARRIVED ONLY IN THE PROMOTION NOT IN APPOINTMENT).

1. First DOUBLE DEGREE eligible for post this procedure given by ADMK Government and appointment also given. But now Honorable Chief Minister do not give any explanation till, What we do?
2.Double degree holder have more knowledge compare with single degree.
3.What are the major papers written by the regular student (three year student)the same papers written by the Double degree holder, even though neg lit the job opportunity, Why?
4.Double degree is more suitable for education because single person have more knowledge in the subject that means (He has Two degree),Even though neg lit the job opportunity, Why?
5. Posting are given through competitive examination and TRB board also given job to them more than SEVEN years onwards, But now the high court tell not eligible(Double degree) , Why?
6. ACTUALLY WERE THE PROBLEM ARRIVE ONLY IN THE PROMOTION GIVEN TO TEACHER IN THIS POSITION THE GOVERNMENT GIVE CHANE TO DOUBLE DEGREE HOLDER AFTER TWO YEARS COMPLETE FROM FINISHING OF DOUBLE DEGREE THIS IS GOOD MANNER AT THE SAME TIME THE REGULAR PROMOTION LIST NOT AFFECTED.
