ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வில் (டி.இ.டி.,), தேர்ச்சிக்குரிய மதிப்பெண்ணில், 5 சதவீத குறைப்பு சலுகையை வழங்கிவிட்டு, மறுபக்கம், 'வெயிட்டேஜ்' மதிப்பெண் அளவில், 3 மதிப்பெண்ணை குறைத்திருப்பது, தேர்வர்கள் மத்தியில், குமுறலை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது. டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில், மொத்தம் உள்ள, 150 மதிப்பெண்ணில், தேர்ச்சி பெற, 60 சதவீதமான, 90 மதிப்பெண் எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற விதிமுறை முதலில் இருந்தது. சமீபத்தில், இந்த அளவை, இட ஒதுக்கீடு பிரிவினருக்கு, 55 சதவீதமாக குறைத்து, முதல்வர் அறிவித்தார். 5 சதவீத சலுகையினால், 82 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவரில் இருந்து, அனைவரும், தேர்ச்சி பெற்றனர்.

டி.இ.டி., தேர்வுக்கான, 150 மதிப்பெண், 60க்கு கணக்கிடப்படுகிறது. அதன் விவரம்:
* 90 - 100 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் எடுத்தால், 60 மதிப்பெண் (முழுமையாக வழங்கப்படுகிறது)
* 80 - 90 சதவீதம் வரை - 54 மதிப்பெண்
* 70 - 80 சதவீதம் வரை - 48
* 60 - 70 சதவீதம் வரை - 42
* 55 - 60 சதவீதம் வரை - 36
இவற்றில், முதல் நான்கு நிலை வரை, 10 சதவீதம் இடைவெளி அளவில், ஒவ்வொரு நிலைக்கும், 6 மதிப்பெண் வித்தியாசத்தில், படிப்படியாக மதிப்பெண் குறைத்து வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

ஆனால், கடைசி நிலையில், 55 சதவீதம் முதல் 60 சதவீதம் வரையிலான, ஐந்து சதவீத இடைவெளிக்குள் மதிப்பெண் எடுப்பவர்களுக்கு மட்டும், 36 மதிப்பெண் மட்டுமே ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. பத்து சதவீத இடைவெளியில் வருபவர்களுக்கு, 6 மதிப்பெண் வித்தியாசம் எனில், 5 சதவீத இடைவெளிக்குள் இருப்பவர்களுக்கு, மூன்று மதிப்பெண் வித்தியாசம் வர வேண்டும். அதன்படி, 39 மதிப்பெண் வழங்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், மூன்று மதிப்பெண் குறைத்து, அரசாணை வெளியிடப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இதனால், வேலைக்கான ஒட்டுமொத்த தேர்வு பட்டியலில், இட ஒதுக்கீடு பிரிவினருக்கு, பாதிப்பு ஏற்படும். ஒரு பக்கம், சலுகையை அறிவித்துவிட்டு, மறுபக்கம், இப்படி மதிப்பெண் குறைப்பது, எந்த வகையில் நியாயம் என, தேர்வர் கேள்வி எழுப்புகின்றனர். தேர்வு வாரிய வட்டாரம் கூறுகையில், 'இந்த விவகாரத்தில், நாங்கள் எதுவும் கூற முடியாது. முறையாக பார்த்தால், கடைசி நிலை தேர்வர்களுக்கு, 39 மதிப்பெண் வழங்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், இதை, நாங்கள் கூற முடியாது. அரசு தான் முடிவு எடுக்க வேண்டும்' என, தெரிவித்தது. மதிப்பெண் சலுகையின் பின்னணியில் உள்ள பாதிப்பை, முதல்வர் விசாரித்து சரி செய்ய வேண்டும் என, தேர்வர்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கின்றனர்.

For attention to the 82 to 89 Marks Candidates:
You are not completed eligibility exam but now you are eligible due to 5% relaxation only due to politics. So many candidates already completed 90% eligibility and they are waiting for orders. please give response for their hard work and don't play their life. If you need correct weightage, you demand that to convert actual mark in TET to 60%. Don't expect relaxation to all TRB procedure.

65-70% is 45,
75-80% is 48,
80-85% is 51,
85-90% is 54 likewise...

90 முதல் 100 மதிப்பெண். பெற்றவர்களே .தகுதி தேர்வில் 60% மதிப்பெண் என்பதால் நீங்கள் ஆத்திரம் அடைகிறீர்களே 70% மதிப்பெண் பெற்றால்தான் தேர்ச்சி என்றால் நீங்களும் அவர்களோடுதான் அதை மறந்து விடாதீர்கள் .

So ho shall weightage will differ . I will ask one question . In Government , only one post is vailable . RESERVED COMMUNITY PERSON GETS 82 MARKS IN tet and he is having full weighatge of 40 marks in academic . In In the same way one Fc student gets 90 marks in TET and he is having full wightage of 40 .
