TN SCERT calls for teachers, who can change the way students learn through new and novel ideas by adopting new techniques / integrating more than one technique / even improvising other’s technique in their classroom to increase the efficacy of teaching / learning process as a whole.
Interested teachers are invited to participate by registering under the following two heads INNOVATIVE PRACTICES DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL CONTENTS (Registered teachers will be called for further screening through proper channel)
புதுமை வளங்கள் (Innovative / Creative Resources)
வகுப்பறைக்குள்ளும், வெளியேயும் சூழ்நிலைக்கேற்ப கற்றல் - கற்பித்தல் செயல்பாடுகளை ஊக்குவிக்க ஆசிரியர்களால் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் வளங்கள் புதுமை வளங்கள் எனப்படும். அவை, (1) கற்பித்தல் முறைகளாகவோ (2) துணைக்கருவிகளாகவோ (3) அணுகுமுறைகளாகவோ (4) மற்றவைகளாகவோ இருக்கலாம்.
எடுத்துக்காட்டு : ஒரு கணித ஆசிரியர் தனது வரைபடங்கள் கற்பித்தல் வகுப்பை பள்ளி மைதானத்தில் செயல்வழிக் கற்பித்தலில் நிகழ்த்துகிறார் ( மாணவர்களை அமைப்பில் நிற்க வைத்து விளக்குகிறார்)
கணினி வளங்கள்(Digital Educational Content)
கணினிகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி எளிய முறையில் மாணவரிடையே கற்றல் - கற்பித்தல் செயல்பாட்டினை ஊக்குவிக்கக்கூடிய அனைத்தும் களினி வளங்கள் (Digital Educational Content) எனப்படும். எடுத்துக்காட்டு : 1) காணொலிக் காட்சிப் பாடங்கள் (Video Lessons - CD / DVD Lessons) 2) குறுந்தகடு - (CDs - Audio/Video Lessons) 3) MS - Word / PDF / Any other Text formats 4) PPT (Power point presentations) 5) Animated videos 6) Slides - நழுவங்கள் 7) Flash files 8) 3D animated videos or hybrid videos for educational purposes
