ஓய்வூதிய திருத்த மசோதவை (CPS BILL) நாடாளுமன்ற -த்தில் நாளை தாக்கல் செய்ய மத்திய அரசு முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது

நாளை நடைபெறும் நாடாளுமன்ற கூட்டத் தொடரின் அட்டவணையில் 4வது பணியாக PFRDA மசோதாவை திரு.பா.சிதம்பரம் அவர்கள் தாக்கல் செய்வார் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நமது NPSERA வின் தொடர் நிர்பந்தம் காரணமாக அனைத்து தொழிற்சங்கம்களும் பல்வேறுவிதமான போராட்டங்களை தொடர்ச்சியாக நடத்திக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றன.

CITU வின் சார்பாக திங்கள் அன்று சென்ட்ரலில் நடைபெறும் போராட்டத்திற்கு நமது சார்பாக NPSERA வின் செயலாளர் திரு.பென்ஜமின் ராபர்ட் தலைமயில் நமது உறுப்பினர்கள் கலந்துகொள்ள இருக்கின்றனர். மேலும் PFRDA மசோதவை எதிர்த்து நமது பகுதியில் நடைபெறும் பல்வேறு விதமான போராட்டங்களிர்க்கு அனைவரும் தொடர்ந்து ஆதரவு அளிக்கும்படி நமது NPSERA நிர்வாகம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றது. மேலும் நமது அடுத்தகட்ட நடவடிக்கைகள் PFRDA மசோதா வின் மீது இறுதியான நிலை பற்றி தெரிந்தவுடன் நமது நிர்வாகிகளுடன் ஆலோசித்து அறிவிக்கின்றோம். நமது நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகள் மத்திய அரசால் ஏர்கப்படும்வரை நமது போராட்டம் தொடரும் என்பதை இதன் மூலம் அனைவருக்கும் தெரிவித்துகொள்கின்றோம். நமது NPSERA விற்கு தோழர்கள் அனைவரும் முழு ஒத்துழைப்பு அளிக்கும்படி அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றோம்.

3. SHRI OSCAR FERNANDES to move that the

following amendments made by Rajya Sabha in the Bill

further to amend the National Highways Authority of

India Act, 1988, be taken into consideration:-

ENACTING FORMULA

1. That at page 1, line 1, for the word "Sixty-third",

the word "Sixty-fourth" be substituted.

CLAUSE 1

2. That at page 1, line 3, for the figure "2012", the

figure "2013" be substituted.

ALSO to move that the amendments made by Rajya

Sabha be agreed to.

$ The Bill was passed by Lok Sabha on the 3rd September, 2012

and transmitted to Rajya Sabha for its concurrence. Rajya

Sabha passed the Bill with amendments at its sitting held on

the 13th August, 2013 and returned it to Lok Sabha on the

same day. 3

to provide for the establishment of an Authority to

promote old age income security by establishing,

funds and for matters connected therewith or

incidental thereto be taken into consideration.
