Three men committee second grade teachers qualification 10th and Diploma only said that but actually second grade teacher Qualification is +2 and Diploma if anyone doubt about that see the TRB notification so no use asking & protest against this gov because they don't listen our problems so FILE THE CASE IN HIGH COURT thats way and then other diploma Qualification position got Grade 4200 and then old teacher not support to us thats bad thing
